Pre-course Information
Some of you may have taken groups away on school visits before but others may be new to all this. There are some things which we need you to do so we can prepare for your visit but the rest of the information available is there for you to make your preparations as smooth as possible.
The three sections below cover the following:
Booking Administration – this covers final numbers, billing, clients details (medical issues, One-page Profiles, etc.), risk management summary
Group Preparation – group leader role, “Plan of the Day”, clothing lists
Resources – health and safety information, virtual centre tour, pre-course/post-course questionnaires, activity worksheets
